Our Process

Deposit

Step 1: Deposit

A 50% Deposit is due upon placement of the order and the balance is due at template.

Scheduling

Step 2: Scheduling

An authorized representative from Elite Stone & Marble will contact you once your order has been processed. All appointments will be scheduled by Elite Stone & Marble directly. Appointments cannot be scheduled by sales reps or field/shop technicians.

Preparing

Step 3: Preparing For your Template

  • All materials, appliances, sinks, faucets, and cook tops must be at the jobsite or delivered to Elite Stone & Marble before a template date can be set (sorry, no exceptions).
  • Hand selected granite slabs must be tagged at the supplier prior to template. Granite is a natural stone with unique characteristics. Elite Stone & Marble is not responsible for any natural occurrences in the stone (examples include veining, quartz pieces, or color patterns).
  • Existing cabinets - All countertops, including backsplash, must be removed before the scheduled template date.
  • New cabinets - All cabinets must be set before the scheduled template date.
  • All changes to the order must be made and paid for prior to template (sorry, no exceptions). No changes are allowed after the template is made.
  • The actual square footage of the job will be determined at the time of template. Any variances from the original quote will be charged or credited at that time.

Installation

Step 4: Installation

Once the template is made, it can take up to 2 1/2 weeks to complete the fabrication process. Elite Stone & Marble will call to schedule the install date as soon as the countertops are ready.
